What began with a passion for coaching and player development has grown into a brand dedicated to creating opportunities for athletes at every stage of their journey.

Through High Standard Training, High Standard Fastpitch, and High Standard Apparel, our mission remains the same: to inspire confidence, encourage growth, and establish a standard of excellence that reaches far beyond the field.

We believe talent creates opportunity, but character, discipline, and commitment determine what athletes do with it.

Leah Kelley is the founder of High Standard and a former collegiate softball coach with 15 years of coaching experience, including 10 years at the collegiate level and time as a Division I hitting and infield coach.

Throughout her coaching career, Leah developed a passion for helping athletes recognize their potential, understand the value of preparation, and build the confidence necessary to compete at a high level.

Her coaching philosophy extends beyond mechanics and performance. She believes the most meaningful development happens when athletes learn to take ownership of their growth, embrace challenges, lead with confidence, and hold themselves accountable to something greater than individual success.

Today, Leah brings that philosophy to High Standard, where she leads athlete development, oversees the Fastpitch organization, and works to create opportunities for the next generation of players.

Through individual instruction, team development, and college recruiting guidance, Leah is committed to helping athletes pursue their goals while developing the character and leadership qualities that will serve them long after their playing careers end.

Her mission is simple: develop athletes who don’t just play to a higher standard, but live by one.
